Hypertectum Duoflex 2K
Two-component bitumen-PU membrane, mixed 1:1 by volume.
Introduction
Hypertectum Duoflex 2K is a fast-curing, two-component, bitumen-extended polyurethane fluid, mixed 1:1 by volume. It forms a highly elastic membrane with strong adhesion to many types of surfaces and excellent mechanical and chemical resistance.

Mix A:B at 1:1 by volume. Minimum consumption: 1.5 l/m². For non-exposed applications only; the green-roof, foundation or under-tile protection layers must be confirmed for the project.
Hypertectum Duoflex 2K — full specificationPreparation
Clean the surface with a high-pressure washer. Remove oil, grease, wax, cement laitance, and loose particles.
Suitable substrates include concrete, fibre-cement, wood, metal, and well-adhered acrylic/bituminous coatings.
Concrete conditions: R28 ≥15 MPa, moisture <10%, temperature 5–35 °C, RH <85%. Select the primer from the Hypertectum range and follow its sheet.
Application
Mix equal volumes of Part A (resin) and Part B (bitumen mix) by hand or low-speed mixer (300 rpm). Apply immediately; pot life is 30-45 min at 20 °C.
Apply by brush, roller, spatula, or airless spray. Minimum consumption is 1.5 l/m².
Before the main coat, treat cracks locally with Duoflex 2K or Duoflex 1K and reinforcement as described in the sheet.
Limitations
Not recommended for unsound substrates or UV-exposed applications. For non-exposed applications only.
Cleaning
Wipe tools with paper towels, then clean with a suitable solvent. Rollers cannot be reused.
Storage
At least 12 months in original unopened containers in a dry place at 5-25 °C. Close opened tins airtight.
